ABOUT ME

IMG_1218.jpg

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, providing integrative and tailored care to individuals, youth, parents, and couples in the San Francisco Bay Area. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Indiana University and my Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco. Prior to opening my private practice, my clinical background included multiple years of experience working in community-based mental health, with San Francisco Unified School District and Fred Finch Youth Center where I provided psychotherapy and crisis management to underserved youth and families. I have clinical experience in the school, home, and office settings, with participants from different backgrounds, cultures, gender identities, and family systems. I believe in providing therapy that honors diversity and awareness of the cultural and societal influences that impact us. My approach to providing care is warm, interpersonal, collaborative, and challenging at times.
