Integrative psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults

Marble Selection

As humans are wired for connection, there is no situation too big or small to seek support for. My top priority is offering you a space of emotional safety where you can be truly seen and heard. My approach is integrative and client-centered, focused mainly on the relationship between you and I, in order to promote long-term growth and healing. I draw upon my knowledge of Psychodyanmic Theory, Attachment Theory and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques in my work with clients. Some of my treatment specializations include focus on:

  • depression & anxiety

  • grief & loss

  • chronic illness

  • fertility challenges

  • multi-complex trauma

  • relationship challenges

  • parent support/coaching

  • teen issues

  • play therapy

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, providing integrative and tailored care to individuals, youth, parents, and couples in the San Francisco Bay Area. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Indiana University and my Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco. Prior to opening my private practice, my clinical background included multiple years of experience working in community-based mental health, with San Francisco Unified School District and Fred Finch Youth Center where I provided psychotherapy and crisis management to underserved youth and families. I have clinical experience in the school, home, and office settings, with participants from different backgrounds, cultures, gender identities, and family systems. I believe in providing therapy that honors diversity and awareness of the cultural and societal influences that impact us. My approach to providing care is warm, interpersonal, collaborative, and challenging at times.

I realize that finding a "good fit" in a therapist can be both daunting and expensive.  Therefore, I offer all new clients a free, 20-minute phone consultation to see if I can be a potential fit for you.
